While way w107794590 is very useful for bike traffic, it is apparently not part of the Beerline Trail, so I removed it from the relation.

Since the Powerline Trail (PT) now runs through two different municipalities (Greenfield and Milwaukee), I changed the bike route relation from local to regional so it renders at higher zoom altitudes in bike maps.

This path is not designated, and since it leads from a deadend roadway to a sidewalk, and since there is no curbcut from the sidewalk to the roadway, it is better suited as a footpath only rather than an inclusive path for bikes.

Unfortunately, the Oak Leaf Trail path does not connect to Ryan Road, requiring bicyclists to portage over the roadway's curb. So until this is fixed, I've added Ryan Rd itself to the OLT bike route relation.

Created a relation for the neighborhood/quarter Fairway Place, an unofficial (but signed) neighborhood/subdivision.

Added and standardized the names of the three HAST loops - River, Sigma, and Harley, which did require removing the wikidata tag, but I left this tag in place for the main line of the trail. Also designated the lops for bikes and peds, matching the main.
