N 121st does not connect to Mill Rd - this roadway is a private driveway. The path along Mill Rd is not designated for bikes or pedestrians but is an asphalt side path that does not resemble typical concrete sidewalks.

This block of Kilbourn is a buffered bike lane and not a protected bike track.
