Are you sure you've got that right? The area you amended the tagging to nursing home really looks like a wood area. I think the building at the position of your hospital node is the nursing home.

You can see the difference to the buildings I've corrected at the top of this changeset area. I also removed/corrected some self intersections, joining of roads and building and joined buildings that ought be separate.

The grass goes only to the side of the road.

There are several layers of bridge, footpath and steps all differing layers joined together in this changeset. Such that it cannot be determined which section leads to which section. If you are local, know the area could you please look at resolving the issue. I realise this may be very difficult, so please don't make further changes unless you're sure.

I've reinstated the footpath you deleted. This is a public highway, I have walked it once, (some time ago) going through the garden. Other times going around field edges to overcome illegal obstruction/intimidation.

Having this section, which is easily walk-able, on OSM might encourage folk, including yourself to complain to the county council as I have done in the past.

Unfortunately you added the house numbers to the whole blocks of terrace houses. I've removed the numbers. terraced the blocks into individual houses. Perhaps you could now number the correct property's.

The foot-way you added was placed on top of an existing highway making it a duplication of the highway. Thus I have removed it. If the existing way needs amending please amend it not add another way.

Could you please rectify these problems?

You've also mapped a lot of highway=crossing points that I don't think exist, unverifiable, look to have no indication on the ground. If these crossing points are official then they could be tagged crossing=unmarked. To map unofficial crossing could be misleading.
There's also a lot of grass areas that extend over or to the centrelines of highways. It's not usual for grass areas to extend to highway center lines.

Features added to OSM must be correct and verifiable. The name Home is very unlikely thus the tourist apartment is very unlikely. So I've removed the tags, if you can show their verifiability the tags can be replaced.
