Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

The complete details for Lidl supermarket are already on the building outline so your new POI is unneeded duplication of data. Thus I've removed the POI.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

Proper/formal names are usually each word capitalised, I've capitalised these for you.

Hi Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

The street name (addr:street=Canning Street) is actually held in the Associated Street Relation :-relation/2755307

So no need for it on individual features in the relation. But it's doing no harm except a little bloat of the OSM database.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I've looked at all your edits and they're pretty good. I did make quite a few tweaks, moved areas off of highway center lines, squared up a few buildings , added pool and play area. also made quite a few amendments to the general area.

Removed duplicate sections of highway

Hi,
You inadvertently dragged lots of features out of place. I've reverted this changeset to reinstate the features dragged out of alignment.

Hi, With respect the points duplicate data held on the house outline, if the building polygon is drawn all data pertaining to it should be placed on the polygon (and if it is isolated=??? that tag should go on the polygon as well).
But Westfield and Grasmere are part of Faldingworth village so are not truly isolated places or dwellings.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

Please see here :-highway=road regarding ways tagged as highway=road, this is regarded as a temporary tag.

Anyway I think all these ways that you've tagged as highway=road are in fact dry stream beds not highways at all. Would you like to amend the tags please.

Hi, You've got two areas Way: 807715598 and Way: 807738173 on top of and overlapping each other, both are tagged as level=0. This does not seem logical.
Way: 807740917 also tagged as level=0, also is placed in part over the other level=0 areas.
There are also self intersections on these ways.

Could you please correct these problems.

Regards Bernard.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I noticed several of your paths did not join up the the next path/road to them, also one path was atop of an existing path. I've corrected these problems as best I can but please check and if there are anomalies make amendments.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

The rec name is already on the rec outline so no need to duplicate it.

Hi Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

I've tagged the area with landuse=allotments and remove allotments=plot, this is the OSM recognised tag to render such an area.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

The city address tag here would be addr:city=Market Rasen, the city address is not Faldingworth.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

Disconnected the path from administrative boundary and removed the two unneeded nodes from the boundary line.

I disconnected the bridleway (KA18) from the railway above. Removed the section joining to Hartwell Road, and tweaked the existing section of service road as that is the bridleway. (It's OSM practice to amend existing ways rather than add duplicates.) Also tweaked the bridleway tagging to OSM practice.

Hi, Welcome to OpenStreetMap.

From reading the link to the information there appears to be some through access for emergency vehicles. Thus the highway ought not be tagged motor_vehicle=no

I would suggest the bollard be mapped and tagged as barrier=bollard
bollard=removable
emergency=designated. The motor_vehicle=no tag can then be removed as the bollard will limit the permitted access.

Reinstated footpath.

Hi Peter, Everyone's new to start with, some like me are still learning after many years.

As you can imagine there are a great many different features in OSM. Not everything can be rendered but names usually are. A large number of POI have icons but even then not every one is rendered, (unless you render your own map). I've added building=yes to the bandstand, it now renders in the OSM standard layer with the name.

For the gates, I'm pretty sure gate names are not rendered. Are the gates formally named or is the name particular to the area?

Hi Welcome to OpenStreetMap.
When a polygon area is drawn for a feature then a POI with identical tagging is not needed. To place the additional POI in order to make a map appear better is not the proper thing to do, it's called mapping/tagging for the renderer, please see osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer

I've removed the POI.
