Districts should tagged as place=city. However there may be some mistakes. I will check it again. Especially those duplicate with same name but tagged with place=suburb

Please include 市 in City and 县 county names
Otherwise it'll cause confusion

I mean, since you already have a separate name:bo tag, it's no need to write it into the main name tag.

It's not proper to have names in multiple languages in the main name tags. All places in mainland China, should have only simplified Chinese in their main name tag.
