Thanks I'll take a look at that. I've seen a few bus stops without relations too. There's sooo much to learn!

I've found it to be a bit of both. Quite a lot of GPS data is good to around 20m so sometimes the Bing data is better. Some of the Bing data does seem quite old though. I'm leaning towards tracing the Bing map, then surveying to confirm street names etc, which also gives a GPS trace, and an opportunity to check the printed map for errors.

OOh! Plugins! I'll take a look at those, it will save all the double editor switching. I fixed a few reported bugs last night, a few people have reported what must be turn by turn navigation errors, I need to find out what they're using which has failed...

I've taken a quick look at potlatch2, it doesn't look quite as good as josm, but the OSlocator background will be really great for locating areas which need attention. Potlatch2 shows the reported bugs too which josm doesn't. Great tip Rovastar! I'd seen the itoworld analysis, but had already spotted missing roads within a couple of hundred meters of home...
