You should not do this. There is no reason it can't all be done at once. Removing good data for any length of time is never good.

It seems very unlikely there is a residential road running through the shopping center. Does it have a name at all? It may just be a service road.

OpenStreetMap is not a business directory. I have removed your business because it is clearly a private residence and there is no physical presence (I cannot go there to buy anything).

You should not delete "unauthorized" paths, but mark them as access=no. Otherwise another mapper will just readd them and you'll be back at square one.

Names should not be used as descriptions. Instead of name=Hole 1, do ref=1. Fairways and such don't need any description at all. For tee boxes, do tee=gold or tee=blue or what have you. Hope this helps.

access=no is more for things like military installations. You want access=private. Also, road names should be fully expanded (Lane instead of Ln). Hope this helps.
