9 months ago | Checking against Sentinel 2 satellite photo, this alignment looks very close. Thank you for updating it!
9 months ago | Thank you for adding details to the business listing! Keep in mind that phone numbers should be represented in +country_code-area_code-exchange-local format, in this case +1-208-345-2046.
9 months ago | OSM is a live database. It is not appropriate to put test data in it for any length of time. Changes are available to download immediately, but the basemap layers are updated by the data consumer. Maps pull data at varying frequencies. If you for some reason need to test in the main database, only add real data, and do not delete it afterwards. Adding bad data or destroying good data is vandalism.
9 months ago | Spam removed in changeset/164043357
9 months ago | Revert did not work
9 months ago | Wrong opening_hours and phone syntax... image should not be used for company logo, only the feature itself
9 months ago | Reverted
| 163503332 | 10 months ago | You should tag with source=microsoft/buildingFootprints then. Was this import discussed anywhere? It is clearly not properly manually reviewed. I did a random spot check. way/1366360594

10 months ago | I think house=detached is preferred in Ireland or something like that. building=detached is used more in the US
10 months ago | Wrong location, reverted in changeset/163458836
10 months ago | Reverted spam
10 months ago | I hear you. This wasn't a revert, though.
10 months ago | Use the dev server to test https://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/#map=4/38.01/-95.84
10 months ago | I fixed your business entry to remove the spam, and you spam it again.
10 months ago | opening_hours syntax is wrong, "Opening date" should be start_datee, "Payment options" should be payment:method=yes (payment:cash=yes, etc.), phone should be telephone, Twitter should be contact:twitter, and you should add a more descriptive tag like craft=fence (double check that this is the correct tag).
10 months ago | Should service_times be opening_hours instead? Either way the syntax is wrong
10 months ago | I'm sorry, but I don't see how he was being insulting. Furthermore, what may work for you doesn't necessarily work for everyone else. This is why such principles as "don't tag for the renderer" exist. I hate to take it in this direction, but you do need to conform to tagging principles and avoid arguing with other users about their application. If you don't want to hear it from me, then I can refer you to the Data Working Group. If this issue is very important to you, the best solution is to come up with a design proposal for OSM Carto and OSMAnd for leisure=animal_hitch. But breaking the map is never allowed.
10 months ago | I've never tagged such a thing before, but I see relation/14222679 using a route relation with network = lpn and route = canoe. Something similar might work.
10 months ago | These names should probably be refs instead. Depending on the size, waterway=ditch may be more appropriate. Remove name=Ditch * and replace with ref=*
10 months ago | highway=service should not be used with route=ferry. What is the meaning of service=loop_trail?
