Hi Chris, probably you'd like to use tables as used in Common_small_businesses_keys or Tourism_tag_overview for your project documentation WikiProject_CircularEconomy ? I think it's useful to compare the number of usages. An example :

In case there were other offers than repair (such as bicycle:sales=used or computer:parts=*), the description of a shop namespace : the shop value is used as prefix, the further categorization done by the suffix, example mobile_phone:repair.Further common suffixes are :sales, :rental, :parts, :type. May for example also be used if a shop=electronics repairs mobile phones, a shop=garden_centre sells robot lawn mowers or a tourism=guest_house rents bicycles (or in similar "multiple" shop situations).

For common tags such as

• name=* - the name of this feature
• addr:*=* - the address of this feature
• website=* - website of this feature
• phone=* - phone number of this feature
• email=* - the address e-mail of this feature
• opening_hours=* - hours of opening
• payment=* - defines if a certain payment method is accepted or not
• brand=* - the brand this feature belongs to
• operator=* - indicates the operator or name of the company operating this feature
• wheelchair=no/yes/limited - suitable for wheelchairs
