I'm a co-founder of the Israel Hiking Map project.
Special tags used by the Israel Hiking Map
The tourism=attraction tag is used for tagging many types of elements that are of interest to different types of tourists. The attraction:IHM=natural and attraction:IHM=historic tags are used to identify tourism=attraction features for which an appropriate natural=* or historic=* tag cannot be found.
Partial revert of a changeset using JOSM reverter plugin
This method can only do partial revert of additions or modifications, not deletions.
- Right-click the "osmChange XML" at the bottom of the changeset's page and select "Save link as..." to save it in a
.oscfile, say"revert.osc". Use double quotes on the file name to prevent the browser from appending an.xmlsuffix - Open JOSM
- Install the reverter plugin, if needed
- Edit -> Preferences [F12]
- Plugins
- type "reverter" in the search field
- Check the checkbox next to the plugin
- OK
- Open the
.oscfile - Delete all added or modified elements that should not be reverted. You may choose to use "(this session)" on the deletion warning dialog.
- Select all [Ctrl+A]
- Data -> Revert Changeset [Ctrl+Shift+T]
- Type the changeset id
- Select "Revert selection and restore deleted objects"
- Check the checkbox next to "download as a new layer"
- "Revert"
- File -> Download parent ways/relations [Ctrl+Alt+D]
- File -> Upload data [Ctrl+Shift+Up]
- Fill in the description and submit the revert
