This is a short list about certain objects and the way I map them:

Mixed foot- and cycleway

• I do not use highway=footway and highway=cycleway anymore but rather use highway=path with access=*-tags. For a official German mixed bicycle/footway this would be:
  • highway=track even wide cycle- or footways are no tracks nor pedestrians.
  • highway=path
  • access=no too strong
  • vehicle=no
  • horse=no
  • bicycle=official never established number, not supported by many applications.
  • foot=official never established number, not supported by many applications.
  • bicycle=designated
  • foot=designated
  • width=2.5 - 4
  • segregated=no
