Hello everyone,

I’m rantakemisti, and I’ve been contributing to OpenStreetMap since March 2010. I began my mapping journey in Espoo and now focus on the Central Finland region from my base in Jyväskylä. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy mountain biking, gravel riding, road cycling, and exploring nature. My contributions often involve enhancing natural features and tagging trails suitable for mountain biking. I also make numerous edits in urban areas to correct errors, fill in missing information, and update outdated data. I’m dedicated to improving the map for all users, especially those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Recently, I’ve been working on a project of MTB Trailmap Style for JOSM (https://github.com/TommiContursi/MTB-TrailMap-JOSM-Style). This is a custom style for the JOSM editor, designed to help users map and visualize mountain biking trails more effectively on OpenStreetMap. The style provides a detailed and clear view of trails, making it easier for mappers to contribute to and refine the data related to outdoor activities, particularly mountain biking.
