User:Enock4seth/Deleting mass maxspeed=* in Accra

TomTom, several group of YouthMappers participants, some OSMGhana.org members and remote mappers have massively, and based on their own assumptions added very questionable and non-existing maxspeed=* to roads in Accra. There were cases where valid and existing signs exists but different speed limits were added.

In Ghana there is so far one know highway=motorway to have a posted maxspeed=100 which is 390798096 390798096. Sadly there have been multiple roads in residential areas that have been tagged with maxspeed=100/90/30. Worrying cases are when there exists valid maxspeed and also street-level images further valid this but a false value is added.
