Buses

• Since 2009 states in the opening sentence that "Buses, coaches and trolley buses are forms of public transport" (statement still present as of 2025)

Access restrictions

Proposal:Bus restriction (2006)

• bus=yes proposed as tagging scheme for indication of a presence of a bus lane
• bus considered by most commenters to be an equivalent/duplicate of psv (with proposal abandoned due to that very reason in 2010)
• bus also considered by one commenter as encompassing all buses, both those acting as a public service vehicle (psv) and coaches (not-psv)
