Charles is the founder of Local Knowledge Mappers, a pioneering open mapping organization that contributes to open data initiatives in Zambia, Africa, and globally. As a pioneer of the first-ever strong and active local organization, he has successfully trained several individuals across Africa, Zambia, and the globe.

His exceptional skills in open mapping and geospatial technologies have been a testament to his interest in community-driven initiatives. Notably, Charles has developed his expertise in OpenStreetMap (OSM) through self-directed learning, demonstrating his passion and commitment to the field.
