Mar is the Senior Communications Strategist at the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap's Latin America and the Caribbean Open Mapping Hub, bringing with her over 6 years of experience in regional and global communication.
She also led the Humanitarian Mapping Laboratory, a space designed to foster collaboration among people from diverse disciplines and with basic to intermediate levels of experience in mapping tools.
Her experience revolves around promoting open mapping as tools for empowerment and participation with civil society organizations. He lead the documentation and mapping of cycleways in Queretaro, Mexico.
