Usage
Gives the permanent ID (name) set in the corresponding data item of a key or tag, respective to the type. The type must be manually set as second parameter with a template call.
- Type "key" gives the ID set as permanent key ID (P16).
- Type "prefix" gives the ID set as permanent key prefix ID (P52).
- Type "suffix" gives the ID set as permanent key suffix ID (P53).
- Type "value" gives the ID set as permanent tag ID (P19).

Parameters
- 1 = data entity (item) ID starting with Q...
- 2 = type of tag: key / prefix / suffix / value
