Usage

Inserts a row into the Key:currency:*/data table.

Template parameters[Edit template data]
This template prefers block formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
ISO 4217 code	`code`	Code of the currency from the ISO 4217. If you're unsure what that is, or what code is set for your currency, check the wikipedia page with the same name. Example EUR, USD	String	required
Name	`name`	Name of the currency (localized) Example Euro, United States Dollar	Line	required
Currency symbol	`symbol`	Symbol of the currency. Example €, US$	String	required
Regions	`regions`	List of regions in which the currency is considered official. Example {{FlagCharLink\|DK\|Denmark}} {{FlagCharLink\|GL\|Greenland}} {{FlagCharLink\|FO\|Faroe Islands}}	Line	required
Coin denominations	`coins`	Comma-separated list of values which have a coin in this currency. NOTE: Do not add currency symbols, the template will add it automatically. Each number must be represented in the base unit (no-subunit, like cents). Use dots as decimal separator, and nothing as thousand-separator. Example 0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.50,1,2	String	required
Banknote denominations	`notes`	Comma-separated list of values which have a bank note in this currency. NOTE: Do not add currency symbols, the template will add it automatically.
