This subtemplate is called by {{Convert/numdisp}} to process fractions according to whether the whole number part (i.e. the a in {{Frac|a|b|c}}) is positive, negative or zero calling {{Convert/numdisp/frac1}}, {{Convert/numdisp/frac-1}} or {{Convert/numdisp/frac0}} respectively.
