That's like a general question, not specific to shop=massage. There's are a lot of shop=* that offer services instead of selling products. For beauty care, there are the generic shop=beauty (shop=cosmetics suggested for "beauty" product), shop=hairdresser (shop=hairdresser_supply suggested for products). To compare, other than amenity=*, there are also leisure=tanning_salon (leisure=spa is considered not much better than the discouraged amenity=spa), and tourism=spa_resort (however tourism=* is less suitable here) . -- Kovposch (talk) 08:13, 24 April 2020 (UTC)
