Current situation

By definition meadow orchards have a dual use: Hay and fruits (most commonly apples). A decision wether it's more a meadow or more an orchard is impossible. The current mapping practice reflects this:

• landuse=meadow + meadow=meadow_orchard (650 times as of 2019-09)
• landuse=orchard + orchard=meadow_orchard (2700 times as of 2019-09)

Both are heavily expanding:

This problem can only be solved by dedicate tag for meadow orchards.
