Suggestion to restore the red dot for Healthcare nodes

Problem: a healthcare facility within a building is not currently rendered on OSM if the building itself is not a clinic, healthcare centre, dentist practice etc, although it was, briefly, more than five years ago.

Examples: a qualified audiologist/ osteopath/ reflexologist/ talking therapist/ ... has an office in a corporate centre, or their own home.

On March 26th, 2019, user jeisenbe committed 26c5e69, which included "Revert rendering of healthcare key" in OSM Carto, which had been a red dot for some six months.

The reason given was "Features mapped with the key "healthcare" are not currently loaded into the database as a polygon when mapped as a closed way. Fixing this requires database reload. In the meantime, features mapped as closed ways would not be rendered when tagged with "healthcare" alone".

The database has surely been reloaded since 2019, and anyway, the red dot would apply to a node, as well as a closed way.

Is there any reason why this red dot symbol should not now be restored to OSM Carto as a node for, say, "Healthcare (not listed above)" in the way that a "Shop (specified and other, not listed above)", an office, and a nursing or childcare amenity within a building have purple, blue and dark green dots as node symbols? Please don't discuss here. Wiki is for documenting its status now.
