Use of hazard=narrow instead

As a relatively rarely used tag (ca. 300 uses), I do wonder if the should be better named it should be named hazard=narrow (ca. 100 uses). Part of it is because not all example of this fit the usual sign (e.g. ways on railway platforms include a narrow way warning but certainly not in the meaning of "road narrows" because there is no road) but primarily because narrow=* also is in use and the latter can actually be used to specify how the way narrows as mentioned on its discussion page.
