Implicit access value

Shouldn't the access=yes be the default implicitly assumed value for this barrier? As is done for other barrier=* tags? Like barrier=bollard or barrier=entrance (this one is similar to coupure in function and actually has access=yes assumed). Also, shouldn't the better default be access=permissive? It is accessible most of the time, but you may find it closed (blocked) by the owner at any time (e.g. at the flood condition). Aceman444 (talk) 16:53, 21 August 2025 (UTC)
