deprecated tagging?

This page claims that abandoned:building=yes is preferable over building=yes + abandoned=yes. I think that opposite is true and propose to amend page in this way Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 20:02, 29 July 2019 (UTC)

You are right. A building is still a building, no matter what it is used for, unless the roof or walls have fallen down. I believe this statement was copied from abandoned:=* so it will need to be changed there as well. Perhaps we can have a table somewhere for to compare when it is best to use abandoned:key=value and when abandoned=yes on a standard key is preferred? --Jeisenbe (talk) 13:23, 30 July 2019 (UTC)
