Perhaps districts have to be updated in openstreetmap ? Perhaps it's because of creation of Songwe Region in 2016 ?

On the regional website there are:

• 5 districts
  • Mbeya
  • Chunya
  • Mbarali
  • Rungwe
  • Kyela

In OpenStreetMap there are:

• 6 districts (admin_level=5)
  • Mbeya
  • Chunya
  • Rungwe
  • Mbozi
  • Kyela
  • Ileje
