User does not exist

Not plausible information

1. What kind of program is this? When searching for "mapnoter" on taginfo there are values for source=* only. That key is used to indicate mapping sources, not programs/editors.
2. "When Mozilla discontinued Firefox OS, the app was no longer usable." The last release of Firefox OS was on 29 April 2015, the chronology indicates that many occurrences of source=mapnoter+gps were added in the summer of 2016.
3. The changesets have different values of created_by=* 42360310 has Potlatch 2 + version=2.4. In contrast, 92191940 has created_by=JOSM/1.5 (17084 en_GB) + source=overpass
