A mere is a shallow lake often found in sandy areas. It may have varying water levels throughout the year but this is not always the case[1].
How to tag
Draw an area with natural=water + water=mere. Optionally, if the kolk has a name, use name=*. The tag intermittent=yes can also be used to indicate that the mere sometimes has no water in it.
