This is the US national code for a Warning: Pedestrians sign, typically found at unusually positioned, or otherwise particularly dangerous, crossings. Please also add hazard=pedestrians on the road way, from the sign up to the actual crossing, and use foot=designated on the crossing point (and way, if present).
