Touchdown zone lighting consists of two rows of white light bars (with three in each row) on either side of the centerline for the first 900m from the runway threshold. Note that touchdown zone lighting is only present on a 
precision approach runway of Category II or III.
How to map
Set a node 
where the light is and add aeroway=navigationaid + navigationaid=tdz
