City gate (or town gate) is a gate which is or was set in a city wall.
May also be used for gate towers.
Similar to gatehouse, but that are or were functioning as part of a city wall, are tagged with this key value.
How to map
Set a node at the center of the gate or draw an area along its outline.
Tag it with historic=city_gate.
