How to map

Set a node at the center of the feature or draw an area along its outline. Add emergency=water_tank.

Also add a general tag for the water body or storage tank as appropriate:

man_made=reservoir_covered - a covered reservoir is a large man-made tank for holding fresh water.
natural=water
- water=reservoir - an artificial lake which may be used to store water. Usually formed by a dam over a natural water course.
- water=basin - an area of land artificially graded to hold water.
- water=pond - a small body of standing water, man-made in most cases.
man_made=storage_tank + content=water - a container that holds water.

name=* - the name of the feature.(or noname=yes if it has no name).
operator=* - the name of the company, organization, person or other entity operating the feature.
capacity=* or water_volume=* or water_tank:volume=* - to indicate the volume or mass held by the feature.
