A Bureau de Change (using the widest accepted international name) is a generally small office or kiosk that changes foreign bank notes and travellers cheques and usually does nothing else. It is an important amenity for tourists and in some countries, like the Philippines, is an important part of everyday life.
A Bureau de Change may also be known as money changer, currency exchange, Wechsel(büro), (Casa de) Cambio, Обмен валюты.
