Proposal

Invention of the tag traffic_calming=mini_bumps for specific type of calming device.

Rationale

There is traffic calming device often used in Czechia and Slovakia (I believe that other countries at least in Europe use it). It's similar to traffic_calming=bump, but it has slightly different qualities - for bike you can pass it without going up and down, for motorbike you have to take care more because you can be diverted, for cars is similar to bump and requires slowing down. This type cannot be described properly with the current values listed on traffic_calming=*.

• Add the tag to the traffic_calming=* page at "By causing vertical deviation" --> post-vote
• Create traffic_calming=mini_bumps --> post-vote
• Adapt the tagging of the known traffic calming=mini bumps objects in the osm database manually.
