Mapnoter was a program developed by 
harg (on osm) for Firefox OS phones. It used OSM tiles (via leaflet.js). It allowed its user to easily add PoIs to OSM, and also gave bus times from TfL. When Mozilla discontinued Firefox OS, the app was no longer usable. There is no recorded usage of Mapnoter other than from Harej.
