SNCF ('National Company of the French Railways') is the state-owned railway of France.
French Partnership
In 2013 SNCF partnered with OpenStreetMap France[1], under the brand "Transilien" which operates some rail services near Paris. The accessibility of areas around 70 stations was investigation to find problems for people with mobility restrictions. At a hackathon the winning project "NoWay" had created a navigation app around SNCF stations.
State of the Map
In 2016 SNCF sponsored both State of the Map and State of the Map France. SNCF have not presented any talks to OpenStreetMap (unconfimed).
