keep covered a boolean tag

I would prefer to keep covered=* limited to yes/no values, without promoting new values. I would be fine with this info as a separate tag. Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 09:20, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

Hmm, I see, thanks for sharing your opinion. Maybe something like cover:type=* could fit. But that's the point. Some people say, extending the possible values of covered=* would be the logical consequence, and some others find it more simple or useful to create a new key. --Lukas458 (talk) 15:15, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

Okay, I see. But I think location=* is something else, because a phone at an underground station for example would be location=underground, but if it has a phone booth, this has not really much to do anymore with the location... I'm going to inactivate this proposal for the first, and will try to clarify how to tag phone boxes as main key.--Lukas458 (talk) 17:41, 16 May 2021 (UTC)
