Recreational swimming establishments, not related to the swimming as sport.

Rationale

Currently swimming venues tagged as leisure=sports_centre (or leisure=sports_hall) & sport=swimming. In some cases, usage of term "sports" isn't appropriate, for example recreational community pools.
