There will be a tag to mark locations of utility companies other than telecommunication companies

Rationale

Utility companies, other than telecommunications, are mostly not mapped because of a lack of an appropriate tag for them. Telecommunication utility companies are mappable because there is a tag that matches them: office=telecommunication.
