Proposal

I propose that amenity=fast_food + fast_food=cafeteria be changed to amenity=canteen. A

Rationale

I propose this for a few reasons:

• According to Wikipedia, cafeteria is United States (US) English, while the term canteen is used outside of the US. To abide by OSM's long standing tradition of using British English or other forms of English that are not US English, I propose using the latter term.
• Fast_food= has very limited usage outside of fast_food=cafeteria; It doesn't make sense to have a subtag dedicated to mainly a single value when there is a simpler alternative.
