Proposal
There are not too much of them, but since capes are well known distinctive natural landmarks they should have a good definition and tag.
Rationale
Useful piece of geographical data. Though I don't know for sure but I think they are still useful for seafarers.
Examples
Cape of Good Hope in South Africa, North Cape in Norway (Northern tip of mainland Europe), see Wikipedia for a listing
Tagging
natural=cape+name=Name+url=[Homepage ''Homepage'']+wikipedia:en=Wikipedia-page
Applies to
The most prominent node at the headland or the prominent land surrounded by sea. Please help define this better.
Rendering
For a node a black triangle, maybe a bit larger then the ones for mountains. Ways could be rendered thicker than the normal coast.
