Dog Track Speedway

Located North of Moyock, NC.

Also known as Moyock Speedway, was converted from a dog track in 1960, operating until 1969, at first as a dirt track and later a paved track.

Jacksonville Speedway

1/2 mile dirt oval located in Piney Green, NC.

[Jacksonville Speedway]

Jacksonville Speedway operated from 1952 until 11/6/1964. It hosted NASCAR Grand National twice, in 1957 and 1964. The story of the two races are told in Silent Speedways (see references).

Located north of Selma, NC.

Operated from 1958 to 1962.
