In use to specify access rules applying only to vehicles driving for Uber, Lyft, Grab, and similar services. Mostly used in the US so far. The vehicles essentially function the same as taxis, but rules and regulations can differ. So a different access key besides Key:taxi is needed in certain situations. It is unclear if this key should be considered a subset of Key:psv or not.
