The key mobile_phone:sales=* is used to specify whether or not mobile phones are sold at a feature.

How to map

Add mobile_phone:sales=yes to a feature which is also tagged as a shop=* or other main feature tag, to specify that mobile phones are sold there.

Rarely mobile_phone:sales=no has been used for a shop=mobile_phone which only offers repair services or parts, but does not sell complete phones.
