Be aware, that a lot of ingredients like spices and sauces may contain gluten and can harm people with coeliac disease.

Preparing gluten free food requires knowledge, strictly gluten free ingridients and strict seperation to glutenous food like wheat, flour, bread, pasta, coating in all processing steps like milling, slicing, cooking and frying. If the offered food is not explicitly labeled as gluten free, then there is a risk of contamination.
