Board of Directors
The majority of HOT Board of Directors is elected from, and by, HOT's Voting Members. A minority are Appointed Directors, selected from those presented by a Nominating Committee. The Board's authority, responsibilities and duties are described in HOT's Bylaws, as well as the details of the election and appointment process.

Meetings of the Board of Directors
The Board meets on a regular, mostly quarterly, basis and HOT Voting Members are most welcome to attend. The Board Meeting agenda and join details are in the HOT Membership Calendar (only accessible by Voting Members).
