| Description |
English: United States Geological Survey (USGS) streamgage 01459500 "Tohickon Creek near Pipersville" and environs. Located along Covered Bridge Road in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on the border of Bedminster Township and Plumstead Township across the creek from Tinicum Township. Just downstream of Stover-Myers Mill County Park.
The two-story concrete gage house is equipped with a steel bridge on the second level connecting to the road and a ladder to reach the stream bed. Two analog gauge strips exist, one on the gage house measuring up to 10.10 feet, and another on a nearby rock measuring up to 3.30 feet. A pulley system is also present but not equipped with line. |
