Also your use of the changeset comment is quiet different from what it is supposed to tell:

It is not very informative to other mappers as your name and daytime job are not the data we are interested in! But it helps others if you explain what you are editing.

This is a so called zero-hour block, something you must read before you can continue doing your edit “work” on OSM.
