It seems that this account is created to circumvent the block given to this account: osm.org/user_blocks/6411
Creating such accounts is considered very bad practice in the OSM world.
What has improved is the fact that you are using changeset comments, as the DWG asked you to do.
We are still expecting an explanation from you regarding the other block. You are now blocked for 24 hours, time you can use to answer the DWG at [email protected].
Use Ticket#2022100110000188 as your subject and explain to us why you were not using understandable changeset comments.
