Follow-on from osm.org/user_blocks/5467 etc.

Hello again Andrew.

In osm.org/user_blocks/5327 and osm.org/user_blocks/5467 you were asked to apply updates to things in OpenStreetMap before they have happened in real life. Unfortunately changeset/116448024 says that you are doing exactly that. This is not OK.

As you have ignored all previous advice we have no option but to prevent you from updating OSM for a period of time. When this block expires, you must not add developments before they occur, otherwise you will be blocked again.

You can see comments on your changesets at https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=14024706 . Please either explain why your changes are valid in each of these changeset dicsussions or alternatively apologise. IF you don’t do either of these we’ll have to prevent you accessing OpenStreetMap for longer.
